 The VTU-5690A pulsed- coupled cavity TWT covers 16.0 GHz to 17.0 GHz with 40 kW peak output power, 0.3 % duty cycle. This device has cathode pulsed and grounded collector to achieve 48 dB gain. Custom configurations are also available. These variations in the performance and configuration include: grid modulation, cooling method (affects average power level),mechanical configuration, electrical and RF connections.
